Complete flowsheets, not just machines. Whether your gold sits in hard rock, river gravel or a cyanide circuit — we design the line, supply every machine and commission it as one accountable package.
For primary and oxidized hard-rock deposits: single-stage jaw crushing into a ball-mill grinding circuit, sized to your throughput from 1 to 500 t/d. Where the ore needs cyanide, the grinding product feeds a full CIL plant; where it does not, gravity and flotation recover the gold instead.
We match every stage to your ore test results — crusher closed-side setting, mill media charge, cyclone or screen classification — so the plant starts at the recovery the ore allows.
For river and terrace placers: a trommel washes and sizes the gravel, then centrifugal concentrators catch the fine gold that sluices lose, and shaking tables finish the concentrate. Mercury-free, modular, and sized from 5 to 150 t/h.
On waterways the same logic floats — sand suction vessels wash and recover on the river itself, cutting rehandling to zero.
Complete carbon-in-leach and carbon-in-pulp plants from 100 to 1,000 t/d: leaching tanks, interstage safety screens, desorption and electrowinning, carbon regeneration and gold smelting — with the stainless process piping and spares an operating cyanide circuit lives on.
Every line is engineered from your ore's grind size, clay content and gold grade, then quoted with a fixed equipment list and installed with our team.
Send ore type, grade and daily tonnage — we will return the right flowsheet and a factory-direct equipment list for it.
