Rotary drums that break clay, wash and screen run-of-mine gravel in one pass. The front end of every alluvial gold plant — and of sand washing operations on shore or on board a dredger vessel.
A TGM trommel does the work of three machines. High-pressure water jets inside a rotating drum break down clay and cemented gravel while the screening section classifies the pulp: oversize rock is rejected at the tail, and washed fines — sized to your downstream plant — leave through the drum shell. On an alluvial gold site it feeds the concentrator and sluice directly; in sand and aggregate operations it produces clean construction sand and gravel.
